Terms & Conditions User Agreement

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "Client", "User") and PrimevestMarket ("we", "us", "our", "the Company") governing your access to and use of our website, trading platform, mobile applications and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering for an account, accessing the platform or using any of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

To use the Services you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You represent and warrant that you are not resident in, and will not access the Services from, any jurisdiction where such use would be contrary to applicable law or regulation.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you. We reserve the right to restrict or refuse the provision of the Services in any jurisdiction at our sole discretion.

3. Account Registration and Security

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to promptly update such information to keep it accurate and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must not share, transfer or allow any third party to access your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach.
• We may require identity verification and supporting documentation as part of our know-your-customer and anti-money laundering obligations.

4. Nature of the Services and Risk Warning

The Services enable you to trade contracts for difference ("CFDs") and other leveraged products on a wide range of financial instruments, including forex, shares, indices, ETFs and commodities. Trading leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors.

You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of your invested capital and that you should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. You should seek independent advice if you do not fully understand the risks involved.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals and Fees

You may fund your account using the payment methods made available on the platform. You agree to pay all applicable fees, commissions, spreads, financing charges and taxes associated with your use of the Services, as described on our Trading Conditions page.

Withdrawals are subject to our verification procedures and applicable processing times. We may, where required by law or our internal policies, refuse, reverse or suspend a transaction and take any action necessary to comply with our regulatory obligations.

6. Trading Rules and Order Execution

All orders are executed subject to market conditions, available liquidity and the trading conditions applicable to the relevant instrument. We may, at our reasonable discretion, reject, cancel or amend an order where we consider it necessary, including in the case of manifest error, market disruption or a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for monitoring your positions and ensuring that your account maintains sufficient margin. We may close one or more of your positions without prior notice where your account falls below the required margin level.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose, including money laundering or market manipulation.
• Employ any automated means, arbitrage strategies or software that is designed to exploit pricing or execution errors.
• Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, networks or data.
• Reproduce, distribute, sublicense or commercially exploit any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content made available through the Services, including text, graphics, logos, software and data, is the property of PrimevestMarket or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimevestMarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from or in connection with your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Termination and Amendment

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, where we consider it necessary for legal, regulatory or security reasons or where you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time in accordance with our procedures.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Where we make material changes, we will notify you and/or post the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. We encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution of any dispute before pursuing any other remedy.
